second round at the Slovenia Open.
Jankovic won the first set in her matchup with qualifier Anastasiya Yakimova
of Belarus, but dropped the second. Jankovic then lost the first game of the
third before retiring with a left ankle injury, as Yakimova took the 1-6, 6-3,
1-0 victory.
Yakimova moves into the quarterfinals, and will face Russian Ksenia Pervak,
who was a 6-2, 7-5 winner over countrywoman Alexandra Panova on Thursday.
Third-seeded Russian Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova advanced with a 6-3, 6-0 pasting
of Paraguay's Rossana de los Rios, and will face Johanna Larsson in the
quarters. The Swedish Larsson defeated Italian Maria Elena Camerin, 7-5, 6-1.

Huskers' Lucky hospitalized for undisclosed reason
LINCOLN, Neb. -- Nebraska running back Marlon Lucky was hospitalized Monday for undisclosed reasons after Lincoln police responded to a call at his residence.
The Nebraska athletic department said in a release Monday that Lucky was admitted Sunday night.
