free-agent forward Devean George on Wednesday. Terms of the deal were not
disclosed.
George played the last seven seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers. In 429
career games, he has averaged 6.0 points and 3.3 rebounds per game.
Last season, George appeared in 71 games for the Lakers and averaged 6.3
points and 3.9 boards per contest.
During his tenure with the Lakers, George became only the seventh player in
NBA history to win an NBA championship in each of his first three seasons.
